Our Story

Beata Mazen

Founder/President

Beata serves with a grateful and humble heart, following God’s calling through Women Supporting Women, Inc. (WSW). After 25 years in banking — much of it spent guiding teams, managing budgets, and supporting strategic initiatives — she now weaves her strategy-implementation experience with a deep heart for service, helping the ministry grow with grace while making sure God’s resources — and every donation entrusted to WSW — are used with care and integrity.

WSW was born from prayer and a simple “yes” to the Lord. Beata has watched Him bring together women from many churches, each seeking to grow in faith, encourage one another, and serve side by side. The fellowship God has formed is a blessing she holds dear.

Today, WSW is a growing sisterhood devoted to compassion, service, mentorship, and feeding families facing food insecurity. With her background in leadership and financial management, Beata is committed to gentle, transparent stewardship and to building a ministry that honors God in every decision. She gives all glory to Him and is continually inspired by the faithful women who joyfully serve as the hands and feet of Jesus.

WSW stands on Proverbs 31:25: “She Is Strong” (GNT)

The WSW Prayer Support Team

The women of WSW serve in Prayer Support with hearts rooted in Scripture and a shared calling to uplift the Body of Christ through prayer and encouragement. As Bible-believing followers of Jesus, they come together in unity to faithfully pray for others — lifting needs, burdens, and praises before the Lord.

Comprised of devoted mothers, sisters, daughters, and friends, this team brings both spiritual maturity and a deep love for God’s Word. With experience in Bible study leadership and a commitment to growing in faith, they are passionate about strengthening others through prayer and helping believers stand confidently on God’s promises.

Whether in seasons of joy, uncertainty, or hardship, the Prayer Support Team walks alongside others with compassion and faith — seeking God, praying boldly, and trusting Him to move. Their heart is to see lives encouraged, faith renewed, and hope restored through the power of prayer.
